Anyone who knows me well knows I am a handbag addict. So much in fact, that my husband, when applying for our first home loan some ten years ago, asked the loan officer if it was possible to list my handbags as assets. I may have cringed when he asked…although I totally understand why he did.
Over the years,
my handbag addiction has evolved from one of quantity to quality. A live and learn lesson that comes with age
and experience. Possibly also due to a shortage of closet space. To me, a self-employed mom/wife, function and
fashion are paramount. Trendy pieces are
great…but not practical for my day-to-day life.
I also, have expensive taste. You
get what you pay for, right? So to
justify a splurge on a nice handbag or accessory item, I need to be able to use
it all the time. Well this year, the
heavens opened and the light shone down on me…I discovered Dagne Dover.
